TNH ORGANIZED COMMUNICATION SKILL TRAINING PROGRAM

On May 23, 2023 and May 24, 2023, Thai Nguyen International Hospital JSC organized a training class of communication skill in hospital for all employees and staffs of 2 hospitals under the company.

At the training program, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Cao Thi Hong – Director of Human Resources & Marketing of Thai Nguyen International Hospital JSC, praised the medical staffs and doctors at Thai Nguyen International Hospital and Yen Binh Thai Nguyen General Hospital for their efforts and positive results in the process of caring, examining and treating patients; at the same time, she also emphasized that medical staffs and doctors need to continue to improve their sense of responsibily, the communication skills, the way of advising and supporting patients to achieve more work efficiency.

 Assoc.Prof.Dr.Cao Thi Hong directly conveyed the contents of the training program, and provided illustrative examples in real-life situations in the hospital environment, from which the doctors and nurses can analyze, learn from experience and find out the most effective solutions to the arise problems.

In this program, the doctors and medical staffs also contributed many useful opinions, enthusiastically discussed about the issued, thereby exchanged ideas and learned from experience during advising, supporting and communication process with patients.

The doctors shared their experience in communicating with patients.

Training communication skill is an activity that is regularly organized by TNH, in order to improve the skill of problem solving of doctors and medical staffs in conseling, supporting and communicating with patients. Thereby contributing to build a hospital environment with a team of medical staffs who are not only professional but also dedicated and responsible.
