Monitoring and treatment, but patients with surgical diseases not yet indicated for surgery as well as stable postoperative patients were returned to the hospital.

Mission

– Monitoring and treatment, but patients with surgical diseases not yet indicated for surgery as well as stable postoperative patients are returned to the hospital.

– Implement emergency surgery, planned surgery for patients to enter the department when surgery is indicated

– Organize health propaganda and education for patients at the department and guide patients to prevent diseases, treat common diseases and take care of their own health
. Join the epidemic prevention

– Participate in scientific research, international cooperation, application of new techniques in diagnosis and treatment.

IV. Capacity and development direction   

  1. Current capacity: Surgery and treatment of surgical diseases:

a) Regarding digestion:

– Emergency: all kinds of emergency abdominal diseases: laparoscopic appendectomy

Planned surgery:

+ Diseases of the stomach

Cholecystectomy due to inflammatory stones (open surgery or laparoscopic surgery)

+ Hemorrhoids of all kinds (especially longo hemorrhoid surgery)

b) Regarding injury:

– Emergency: about the brain: surgery for traumatic brain injury

+ Surgical surgery to treat complex wounds

+ Emergency tendon surgery

+ Emergency surgery KHX (stroke, thigh, forearm, leg …)

+ Pulling, casting to fix broken and dislocated bones

+ Surgical anesthesia to pull the cast for elderly patients, children with fractures, difficult to enter bones and people with no pain tolerance

Planned surgery:

+ Tumor diseases on the surface of the skin, bringing aesthetics

+ Remove the KHX media

  1. Development :

– Facilities: there are enough facilities for laparoscopic surgery of all kinds, equipment in the patient treatment room

– Doctors are trained in depth to perform well the function of the Department of Surgery
