THAI NGUYEN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL ORGANIZED THE CONTEST SKILLED NURSING – MIDWIFE – TECHNICIAN OF 2023

Recently, Thai Nguyen International Hospital organized the 2023 nursing-midwifery-technician skills competition. This is one of the key activities in the hospital’s continuous training plan.

The contest creates a movement to emulate learning, practice virtue, and practice talent among the team of nurses, midwives, and technicians. Besides, it helps improve the sense of responsibility, foster professional knowledge, professional ethics and behavioral culture, increase patient satisfaction, and aim for professionalism in practice and patient care. .

Participating in this year’s contest were 190 contestants from departments and rooms of the hospital. Each candidate goes through 2 rounds, including: theory and practice. The theory part of the exam is in the form of multiple choice software based on the professional content of nursing, midwifery, hospital technicians, and circulars and regulations issued by the Ministry of Health. The practice part of the exam involves performing technical nursing procedures, recording medical records, entering data into the computer, etc.

With the determination and best efforts of the contestants, along with the transparent and accurate examination and marking process of the Judges, the contest was a great success.

Summarizing the 2 parts of the competition, the results are as follows: 19 people were classified as excellent, accounting for 10%; The remainder were classified as good and excellent. The exam council recommends rewards for candidates with excellent grades.
