THAI NGUYEN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY ORGANIZES THE 2023 NURSING – MIDWIFE CONTEST

On December 2, 2023, Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH) organized the excellent nursing – midwifery contest in 2023. Participating in the contest of the entire company included 30 candidates who were nurses. , excellent midwife selected at the exam round of Thai Nguyen International Hospital and Thai Nguyen Yen Binh General Hospital.

In her opening speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Cao Thi Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Marketing & Communications of the Company emphasized: The 2023 Excellent Nurses and Midwives     Contest is one of the key activities in the continuous training plan of the company in 2023. The Company’s Board of Directors hopes that the Contest will create a movement of emulating learning, cultivating virtue, and practicing talent among the nurses and midwives team. Besides, it helps improve the sense of responsibility, foster professional knowledge, professional ethics and behavioral culture, increase patient satisfaction, and aim for professionalism in practice and patient care.

Overview of the opening program of the 2023 Excellent Nurses and Midwives Contest

Each candidate goes through 2 rounds, including: theory and practice. The theoretical part is organized in the form of multiple choice tests on the app related to the circulars and regulations issued by the Ministry of Health, the professional content of nursing and midwifery that has been trained and applied in hospitals and provisions of the company. The practical part is organized in the form of an objective-structured practical examination with 4 technical processes.

With the determination and best efforts of the contestants, along with the transparent and accurate examination and marking process of the jury, the contest took place successfully. At the end of the contest, the Organization board awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes to the best contestants.
