TRAINING TO IMPROVE PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY FOR NURSINGS – MIDWIVES – TECHNICIANS

    On June 11, 2024, Thai Nguyen International Hospital organized training to improve professional capacity for nurses, midwives, and technicians working at the hospital. The program aims to consolidate and update necessary professional content in patient care activities.

     At the program, Doctor II Tran Doan Huy, Deputy Head of Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department, Thai Nguyen International Hospital, directly conveyed the contents of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Symptoms, diagnosis and treatment when the patient have Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). Accordingly, Sudden Cardiac Arrest can happen anywhere, at any time. There are many reasons for SCA, even the cause cannot be found. Timely and correct emergency treatment will save the patient’s life. Therefore, doctors and medical staff must know and participate in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Overview of the training program

Also at the program, Bachelor of Nursing Ngo Minh Hien conveyed content about fluid infusion techniques and urinary catheterization techniques. These are all commonly used techniques in hospitals. The implementation of the two techniques must absolutely comply with the principles and regulations of the Ministry of Health to ensure patient safety.

        Training to improve professional capacity for nurses, midwives, and technicians is an activity organized regularly and continuously by Thai Nguyen International Hospital. Implementing a training program for nurses, midwives and technicians is a strategy to develop the quality of human resources and demonstrate the Hospital’s responsibility to each patient. The training program will continue to be held on June 18, 2024.
