LANG SON PROVINCE PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE ANNOUNCED THE DECISION ON INVESTMENT POLICIES FOR TNH LANG SON HOSPITAL PROJECT

On April 21, 2024, at the Conference of announcing the provincial planning and investment promotion of Lang Son province in 2024, the People’s Committee of Lang Son province awarded the Investment Policy Decision/Investment Registration Certificate to 14 projects with total investment capital of 18,602 billion VND. TNH Lang Son Hospital project is one of 14 projects awarded investment policies in the program. Mr. Hoang Tuyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH) attended and directly received the decision.

TNH Lang Son Hospital project is built on a land area of nearly 1ha, total floor area is 33,000m2, 10 floors and 300 beds, total investment is over 700 billion VND. The hospital is designed with a general hospital model, equipped with modern machinery, deploying many new techniques in disease diagnosis and treatment to meet the diverse and high-quality medical examination and treatment needs of the people in Lang Son province. The project started construction on February 29, 2024 and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

TNH Lang Son Hospital project is part of the hospital system of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH). After 10 years of operation, TNH’s total charter capital has increased to over 1,100 billion VND; Market capitalization as of April 24, 2024 is nearly 2,350 billion VND. Currently, the company has 2 hospitals that are operating effectively, meeting the medical examination and treatment needs of people in Thai Nguyen province and neighboring provinces, which are: Thai Nguyen International Hospital and Yen Binh Thai Nguyen General Hospital ; At the same time, the company is completing the TNH Viet Yen Hospital project in Bac Giang, which is expected to go into operation in the second quarter of 2024.

TNH’s Board of Directors expects that the construction of TNH Lang Son Hospital will contribute to better meeting the increasing medical examination and treatment and health care needs of people in Lang Son province and contribute to the development of TNH’s development of the Lang Son Health sector in particular and the country’s Health sector in general.
