* How to prevent peripheral nerve VII palsy (bell palsy):

– Keep your head, face, neck warm, avoid cold wind or sudden changes in body temperature, do not bathe too late.

– Children who go outdoors need to dress warmly, wrap themselves in scarves, wear hats, and play for short periods of time.
