GROUP OF OFFICERS OF THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF ORGANIZATION AND DIGITAL ECONOMY WORKED WITH TNH

To implement the mission: “Building and applying a lean management system that combines quality and capacity management systems of laboratory according to ISO 15189 standards”. On July 5, 2023, the delegation of the Research Institute of Organization and Digital Economy had a meeting with Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH). Welcoming and working with the delegation was Mr. Le Xuan Tan – People’s Doctor, Senior Doctor, General Director of TNH and representatives of the Company’s leaders and departments.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Xuan Tan – People’s Doctor, Senior Doctor, General Director of TNH, quickly informed about the operation situation of the Company and wished to apply advances in management and operation to improve the efficiency of hospital’s operations.

At the program, the representative of the Research Institute of Organization and Digital Economy shared information on the construction and application of a lean management system that combines quality and capacity management systems of laboratory according to ISO 15189 standards.

Accordingly, the ISO 15189 is a standard system that helps medical laboratories improve quality management capacity as well as increase the reliability of test and diagnostic results. The operation of the management system according to this standard helps laboratories improve accuracy, ensure reliability, and promote the recognition of results among medical examination and treatment facilities in the whole country.

Also in the working program, the delegation of the Institute of Organizational Research and Digital Economy conducted a preliminary survey of operations at Thai Nguyen International Hospital. After completing the survey, a situational assessment and implementation will be conducted in all areas to ensure the completion and successful application of a lean management system that combines quality and capacity management systems of laboratory according to ISO 15189 standard.

Overview of the working program between TNH and the Research Institute of Organization and Digital Economy

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and established a specialized department to continue implementing specific tasks. It is expected that the time for construction to complete the necessary conditions for practical application is from July 2023 to July 2024.
