ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF 2023 THAI NGUYEN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY (TNH)

On June 19, 2023, Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023. Receiving high consensus from shareholders, the General Meeting was held successfully and agreed with many important contents.

Participating in the Meeting were shareholders representing 34,775,668 shares, equivalent to 67,0374 % of the total number of voting shares of TNH.

Mr. Hoang Tuyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Le Xuan Tan – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company and Mr. Tran Thien Sach – Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of the Company chaired and operated the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023.

Reporting at the General Meeting, TNH’s leadership said: 2022 is considered as the year of recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic, the people’s awareness and demand for health care has increased, creating favorable conditions for production and business activities of the Company. In 2022, TNH has over 496,000 visits of patients coming for examination and treatment; Recorded a remarkable growth with the revenue of 463.163 billion VND, increased by 12.3% compared to 2022. Total accounting profit before tax was over 145 billion VND. TNH is continuing to improve service quality, human resources, and promote communication about key services to increase the number of patients visiting for examination and treatment, helping the Company fulfill the proposed profit plan.

At the General Meeting, the Board of Directors proposed the General Meeting to approve the meeting agenda and discuss 12 issues on the agenda. After discussing and answering questions from shareholders, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the agenda items with a high consensus rate. The Congress elected Mr. Dang Duc Huan and Mr. Nguyen Van Chuan to the Company’s Board of Supervisors for the term 2020-2025.

Setting the goal of developing a nationwide hospital system chain, TNH is continuing to build the TNH Viet Yen Hospital project in Bac Giang province, and is promoting the implementation of the TNH Lang Son Hospital project and a number of other projects. Choosing to invest in building new hospitals shows the strategic vision of TNH’s leadership when it is heading towards potential markets.
