To meet the human resource needs of the company in the next phase, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company announces the recruitment of personnel for 2024 – Office Block as follows:

📌 RECRUITMENT NEEDS:

  • Business Department Manager.
  • Business staff.
  • Legal staff.
  • IR staff.
  • Content Creator.
  • Graphic Designer.
  • Customer Service Consultant.
  • General accountant, tax accountant.

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION:

For the Business Department Manager:

  • Develop business strategies, enhance brand recognition for the company.
  • Monitor healthcare market trends, develop business, and direct the company’s business activities.
  • Develop the market, build relationships with partners and customers.
  • Manage, train and monitor the effectiveness of the business team.

Preference: At least 05 years of experience in business, marketing. Preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare, health care field.

For Business staff:

  • Introduce and sign contracts with organizations, enterprises, and agencies for regular health check services, occupational health examinations.
  • Search for new customers and take care of old customers.
  • Propose cooperative programs, service promotions with partners to attract customers.

Preference: candidates with experience in the healthcare, health care field.

For Legal staff:

  • Provide legal advice to company departments and leadership on issues related to laws, company contracts.
  • Provide legal advice to relevant departments on issues related to securities, including legal regulations, internal policies, and transaction procedures.
  • Monitor and update changes in legal regulations related to the company.
  • Draft documents, contracts, decisions, etc.
  • Participate in the development and updating of the company’s internal policies and procedures.

Preference: candidates with a Lawyer’s practice certificate, 2 years of experience as a Legal staff in enterprises or Law firms.

For IR staff:

  • Participate in establishing and maintaining regular relationships with investors, analysts.
  • Prepare annual reports, management reports. Organize the annual shareholders’ meeting.
  • Manage listed shareholder files. Perform information disclosure.
  • Monitor market news, assess daily trading situations, prepare reports for management, etc.

Preference: Candidates with experience in IR activities at large listed companies. Having certificates/degrees in IR, finance, auditing.

For Content Creator:

  • Deploy advertising campaigns, communications, introductions about the company.
  • Responsible for creating and editing content for multi-platform marketing campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc.)
  • Generate ideas and produce content in various forms: articles, images, videos, short clips posted on Facebook, TikTok, etc., of the Company.
  • Ensure content conveys the correct message and attracts customer attention. Update the latest trends in the content creation field.

Preference for graduates in Marketing, with at least 01-year experience in a similar position.

For Graphic Designer:

  • Design products, print materials like flyers, posters, brand identity, publications for company’s communication activities, events (brochures, standees, signs – backdrops, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate with production, printing units.

Preference for graduates in graphic design. Proficient in using Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc.

Preference for candidates with at least 02 years of experience in the field of graphic design.

For Customer Service Consultant:

  • Reception and patient care: Welcome, guide patients and their families when visiting the hospital. Assist patients in completing registration procedures for examination and treatment.
  • Service consultation: Provide information and advice on hospital medical services
  • Care, complaint reception: Listen and handle complaints, issues of patients and their families, and seek reasonable solutions.
  • Satisfaction survey: Conduct surveys to assess patient satisfaction with care services and hospital amenities.

Preference for candidates with at least 01-year experience in customer care or customer service, candidates with experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical field.

For General and Tax Accountants:

  • Graduates from universities in Auditing, Accounting.

Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of working experience. Candidates who have worked at clinics, hospitals.

  • Able to meet job requirements as per trained professional level.
  • Able to travel for work.
  • Careful, honest, proactive and creative in work, able to handle high work pressure.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working at Clinics, Hospitals.
  • Preference for candidates with English communication skills, office IT skills, Word, Excel, etc.
