On January 11, 2025, at Thai Nguyen International Hospital, the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to award the 30-year and 40-year Party membership badges to Party members and a Conference to review the Party building work in 2024, deploying the direction and tasks for 2025.
The program took place with the participation of:
– Comrade Pham Thi Ly, Member of the Standing Committee – Head of the Inspection Committee Thai Nguyen City Party Committee;
– Comrade Le Xuan Tan, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company;
– Comrades in the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the Company, the Board of Directors of affiliated hospitals and all Party members of the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company.

The ceremony of awarding the 40-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Van Chuan and the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Thi Yen took place solemnly. This is an event to recognize and honor the persistent and long-term contributions of Party members, and at the same time inspire the next generations to strive for the Party’s cause. Speaking at the ceremony, the Party members receiving the 30-year and 40-year Party membership badges expressed their emotion, pride, spirit and will to continue to strive, maintain political qualities, and continue to contribute to the development of the Party organization.

After one year of establishment, the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company has made efforts to implement many activities closely related to the Company’s practical operations and achieved positive results.
At the Conference to summarize the Party building work in 2024 and deploy the direction and tasks for 2025, on behalf of the Company’s Party Committee, Comrade Cao Thi Hong (Party Committee Secretary) analyzed and pointed out the advantages and difficulties of the Party Committee.
The report clearly stated the achievements in Party building work. Cadres and Party members in the entire Party Committee strictly implement all policies and guidelines of the Party, State laws, internal rules and regulations of TNH Hospital Corporation. Strengthen solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee, in each unit; promote the sense of personal responsibility of each Party member to complete professional tasks, contributing to the development of the Company.

Especially in 2024, in the work of developing new Party members, the Company’s Party Committee coordinated with the Thai Nguyen City Political Center to organize 4 classes to foster awareness of the Party for 85 outstanding masses and admitted 43 new Party members, bringing the total number of Party members in the entire Party Committee to 137 comrades.
In 2024, the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Corporation has coordinated with units in the Company to implement many meaningful programs, contributing to building the brand and spreading humanistic values. In charity activities: Supporting the Social Work – Communication – Marketing Department and the Company’s Young Doctors Association to implement the project “For the health and intelligence of children in mountainous areas” and organizing a Reading Festival for children in Cho Don district, Bac Kan province, to develop community health and culture; Party members in the Party Committee shared the burden with the Company’s staff and employees and people affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi).
These activities not only demonstrate the Company’s social responsibility but also contribute to connecting and motivating all Party members and employees, while affirming the Group’s positive role in contributing to the sustainable development of the community.
Based on the achieved results, and also learning from the limitations in operations in 2024, in 2025, the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company sets out key tasks to continue to improve operational efficiency and promote the leadership role of the Party in the Company’s hospital system. Taking Party members as the core, continue to consolidate discipline, enhance medical ethics and communication skills for staff. In addition, promote connections with domestic and foreign medical experts, improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, towards higher medical standards. Taking the sustainable development of the enterprise as the core goal, direct the grassroots Trade Union to continue to perform well the role of taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members, encouraging workers to work with peace of mind and continuously study and develop.
At the Conference, Comrade Pham Thi Ly, Member of the Standing Committee – Head of the Inspection Committee of Thai Nguyen City Party Committee, on behalf of the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen City Party Committee, respectfully congratulated the Party members of the Company’s Party Committee on being awarded the 30-year and 40-year Party membership badges, praising the efforts of the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company in 2024. At the same time, she also shared information on the general development strategy of Thai Nguyen province and city, thereby giving directions on Party work that need to focus on important areas such as: Party building and development, inspection work, patriotic emulation activities, good organization of Party activities and Party Congresses at all levels at the Company.
Comrade Pham Thi Ly – Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of Thai Nguyen City Party Committee delivered a congratulatory speech and directed the conference.
The conference also honored and rewarded 21 outstanding Party members of the Party Committee in 2024 for achieving the title of Party member who has completed their tasks excellently.
