🌟Conference to Review Work in 2024 and Launch Emulation Movement in 2025 of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company🌟
❗️On January 17, 2025, at Thai Nguyen International Hospital, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company held a conference to review work in 2024 and launch emulation movement in 2025. This event is an opportunity for the company’s officers and employees to look back on the journey of 2024 and affirm their determination to move towards greater goals and achievements on the journey ahead.
🌟Looking back at a successful year in a challenging environment:
At the Conference, Dr. Le Xuan Tan – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company, speaking at the summary of the work in 2024, emphasized: 2024 is a year with many important milestones in the development history of the Group with outstanding achievements:
• Expanding the scale of operations: The Company has opened TNH Viet Yen Hospital in Bac Giang, bringing the total number of hospitals in the system to 3 units (Thai Nguyen International Hospital, Yen Binh Thai Nguyen General Hospital and TNH Viet Yen Hospital) to better meet the medical examination and treatment needs of the people;
• Developing human resources: Organizing many more training courses to improve professional skills and soft skills for key leaders and all officers and employees of the Group.
• Digital technology application: Promote digital transformation in customer management and care, helping to increase operational efficiency and improve patient experience.
• Social work activities: The company has implemented many projects and volunteer programs with profound humanitarian meaning such as: “For the health and intelligence of children in mountainous areas,” Health care examination and consultation, sharing and supporting people in remote and disadvantaged areas; or affected by natural disasters. The persistent, continuous and timely social work activities of the Company’s officers and employees have affirmed TNH’s responsibility to society.
🎀In addition to the successes, the Conference also frankly acknowledged the difficulties that need to be overcome, including the pressure from the shortage of human resources in the context of the increasing number of patients and the need to continue to improve service quality.
⚡️Concluding the summary of the work in 2024 with remarkable achievements and valuable lessons, all officers and employees of TNH Hospital Group clearly demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and aspiration for innovation. Based on that foundation, entering 2025, the Group continues to set higher goals and launch a new emulation movement with the theme “Connection – Innovation – Success”. People’s Doctor, Senior Doctor. Le Xuan Tan launched a competition movement for all staff of the Group with specific contents:
– Improve and maintain the quality of medical examination and treatment.
– Use and effectively manage drugs and medical supplies.
– Implement training and scientific research into practice and efficiency.
– Organize effective business activities.
– Enhance the quality of human resources.
– Enhance digital transformation.
– Enhance marketing activities.
🔥At the Conference, the Board of Directors of TNH Hospital Group also announced the Decision to establish the TNH Training and Scientific Research Center; Announced the appointment decisions to perfect the leadership team and improve operational efficiency. The appointed positions include Director of the Training and Scientific Research Center (under TNH Hospital Group Corporation), Deputy Directors of Thai Nguyen International Hospital, and the positions of Head and Deputy Head of Department of Thai Nguyen International Hospital. This appointment is an important step in the human resource development strategy, meeting the increasingly high requirements of management and expertise, while contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set for 2025. The Group expects the new staff to promote their capacity, making the Group’s units increasingly develop strongly, better serving patients and the community.
🎉In a solemn and warm atmosphere, TNH Hospital Group held a ceremony to honor the doctors who were former heads of departments, who have devoted many years to the development of the Group. The Group’s Board of Directors affirms that the efforts and dedication of the doctors are valuable assets, contributing to the success of the hospital system today. This is a worthy recognition for the sense of responsibility, outstanding efforts and dedication of the staff throughout the past year. The individuals who were awarded not only excellently completed their assigned tasks but also made important contributions to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, optimizing management efficiency and promoting the Group’s social activities.
