In addition to taking care of the material life of employees, Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (TNH) always cares about the spiritual life, helping employees have opportunities to travel, learn and have more cultural and historical knowledge at home and abroad. This has become an annual activity and has been responded and participated by a large number of employees.

In the summer of 2023, TNH organized an experiential tour for employees of the entire company in 3 locations: Thailand, Da Nang and Cua Lo with the participation of many employees and their relatives.

This is an interesting experience tourism activity that both enhances knowledge for employees and tightens solidarity within departments. Employees have had many interesting experiences, participating in Team building with group games filled with laughter, gaining positive energy, building teamwork skills to work more effectively.
