CONGRESS OF THE CLINICAL DIVISION PARTY CELL – TNH HOSPITAL GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (TERM 2025 – 2027)

On February 13, 2025, the Clinical Division Party Cell under the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group JSC solemnly held its first congress for the 2025–2027 term at Thai Nguyen International Hospital. This event marks an important milestone in strengthening leadership, party development, and the implementation of political and professional duties within the Party Cell.

The congress was honored to welcome Mrs. Cao Thi Hong – Secretary of the Party Committee of TNH Hospital Group JSC, who attended and delivered a directive speech.

At the congress, the Clinical Division Party Cell reported on the achievements of the 2023–2025 term, highlighting:

• Effective execution of professional duties, successfully consulting and treating numerous cases while surpassing patient admission targets.
• Continuous professional development, providing opportunities for cadres and party members to participate in training programs, adopt and implement new medical techniques, with many members achieving high levels of expertise.
• Focus on Party member development, guiding many outstanding staff members from various departments to join the Party.

In addition to the accomplishments, the congress also frankly identified limitations and lessons learned to enhance the Party Cell’s performance in the upcoming term. Party members actively participated in discussions and contributed opinions to shape the direction and objectives for the next term.

Orientation and Goals for the 2025–2027 Term:

For the 2025–2027 term, the Clinical Division Party Cell aims to build a united, strong collective, maximizing the capabilities of each cadre and party member. The Party Cell will continue to uphold the principle of democratic centralism, strengthen leadership, and harness the potential of all departments to foster professional development.

In the professional field, the Party Cell will focus on enhancing treatment quality, facilitating training, and fostering professional growth among staff members. Additionally, it will emphasize the integration of modern medical technology and techniques to improve healthcare services.

With clear directions and concrete implementation plans, the Clinical Division Party Cell is determined to make this term a success, significantly contributing to the sustainable development of TNH Hospital Group JSC.

During the congress, delegates conducted a voting process to elect new Party Committee members with strong political integrity, outstanding leadership abilities, and high trust from the collective. As a result, Comrades Doan Tuan Son, Ha Thi Huong Lan, and Dam Trung Thanh were elected to the new Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2027 term.

The Clinical Division Party Cell Congress concluded successfully, reflecting the consensus among the Party Committee, Party Cell, and all party members, cadres, and staff. With a spirit of solidarity and determination, the Clinical Division Party Cell is committed to overcoming challenges and achieving all goals for the 2025–2027 term.
