Prioritizing the enhancement of professional competence and raising awareness of medical ethics among hospital staff to improve service quality has always been a key objective of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company. In 2025, the Company will start the new year with a practical initiative: implementing the “Appearance – Manner – Communication” training program for all employees of hospitals within the Group.
Based on the company’s existing cultural foundation, the training program aims to help employees further internalize TNH’s corporate culture, including communication skills, professional demeanor, and workplace etiquette. Through this program, employees will not only refine their professional conduct but also enhance their communication skills with patients, their families, and colleagues.
