During the new development phase (2025-2030), TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company aims to become one of the leading private healthcare systems in Vietnam. To achieve this aspiration, the Board of Directors has clearly identified that enhancing governance quality is one of the key factors in implementing the company’s strategic objectives. Therefore, in 2024, the company has carried out various activities to foster and improve the management capacity of its leadership team.
Recently, a special training program titled “Sustainable Success for Common Benefits”, held over three days (December 6-8, 2024) in Sam Son, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, was one of the activities that provided significant value to participants. The program was enthusiastically led by experienced experts and lecturers in the field of management.
During the training session, through highly interactive methods combining individual and group exercises, experts not only provided inspiration but also helped department heads, hospital management boards, and the Board of Directors of TNH Hospital Group update their knowledge in corporate and hospital management. Participants gained a deep understanding of the impact of the “survival response” and how to transition to a “growth mindset.” They also improved their awareness of management systems and enhanced communication skills at both individual and organizational levels. The program also conveyed an important message to company managers, especially young leaders: the need for continuous self-improvement and equipping themselves with soft skills to handle situations flexibly in all activities. This adaptability is crucial for responding to the company’s development within the context of globalization, as Vietnam’s healthcare sector faces both great opportunities and significant challenges.
Some Highlights from the Training Program:
It is hoped that with the knowledge gained from the program, the managers of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company will consider it as a foundational basis, applying it in their practical work, first and foremost in building a strong team, uniting to overcome obstacles and challenges, successfully achieving common goals for the development of the Group and the aspiration to contribute valuable benefits to the community.
