🔔On February 14, 2025, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce the establishment of the Customer Service Department and the appointment of new managerial positions across its hospitals.
✨The establishment of the Customer Service Department aims to enhance customer service quality, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Ms. Pham Thu Trang has been appointed as Head of the Customer Service Department.
✨At International Hospital:
Mr. Dam Trung Thanh, Deputy Head of the Department, has been appointed as Head of the General Internal Medicine Department.
Mr. Tran Doan Huy has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Department.
Mr. Tran Van Duy has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Organization and Administration Department.
Ms. Luong Thi Phuong has been appointed as Chief Technician of the Laboratory Department.
✨At TNH Viet Yen Hospital:
• Mr. Tran Thien Sach has been appointed as Executive Director of TNH Viet Yen Hospital Branch.
• Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai has been appointed as Deputy Director of TNH Viet Yen Hospital
• Mr. Vu Xuan Hung has been appointed as Head of the General Surgery Department.
• Mr. Luong Manh Hung has been appointed as Head of the Diagnostic Imaging Department
✨At Yen Binh Thai Nguyen General Hospital, Mr. Quach Van Hung has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
