REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES IN 2025 AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ORIENTATIONS AND TASKS FOR 2026

On January 30, 2026, TNH Pho Yen Hospital solemnly held the Conference to review activities in 2025 and implement orientations and tasks for 2026. The conference was attended by the Group’s Board of Leadership, the Hospital’s Board of Directors, along with all medical staff and employees of the hospital.

The conference provided an important opportunity for TNH Pho Yen Hospital to look back on its journey in 2025—a year marked by many difficulties and challenges, yet also highlighting persistent efforts, strong solidarity, and numerous positive results in medical examination and treatment, service quality improvement, and professional development.

At the conference, Dr. Nguyen Van Tu, MD, CKII – Director of TNH Pho Yen Hospital, presented the Activity Review Report for 2025 and the orientations and tasks for 2026. The report clearly outlined outstanding achievements in professional activities, improvements in medical examination and treatment processes, and enhancements in patient service quality, while also candidly identifying existing shortcomings and challenges that need to be addressed in the coming period. Based on this, the Hospital’s Board of Directors proposed specific solutions aimed at further improving operational efficiency and moving toward sustainable development in 2026.

The conference also recorded many dedicated and responsible contributions from medical staff of various departments and units, focusing on sharing practical experience and proposing solutions to continuously improve the quality of medical services, with patients placed at the center of care.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, People’s Physician, Senior Consultant Doctor Le Xuan Tan – General Director of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, solidarity, and positive contributions of the entire staff of TNH Pho Yen Hospital in 2025. At the same time, the General Director emphasized that in 2026, the Hospital should continue to focus on improving medical ethics and professional quality, promote a proactive and creative spirit, and gradually affirm its position and reputation within the TNH Hospital Group system.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thuy – Director of TNH Pho Yen Hospital Branch, officially launched the emulation movement for 2026, calling on all medical staff to uphold solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity, continuously enhance professional expertise, service quality, and medical ethics, and strive to successfully accomplish the goals and tasks set for 2026.

On this occasion, TNH Hospital Group and TNH Pho Yen Hospital honored and rewarded outstanding collectives and individuals for their excellent achievements in 2025, recognizing their important contributions to the overall development of the Hospital. Commended collectives included TNH Pho Yen Hospital; the General Planning Department; Outpatient Department; Diagnostic Imaging Department; General Surgery Department; Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Department; ENT Unit – Multidisciplinary Department; Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Department; General Internal Medicine Department; along with 37 individuals who excellently fulfilled their assigned tasks.

The 2025 Activity Review Conference of TNH Pho Yen Hospital was successfully concluded, creating a solid foundation for all medical staff to enter 2026 with renewed determination, new goals, and strong expectations for further development in the time ahead.
