This document stipulates all operating policies , access rules , user obligations , scope of responsibility , and binding terms when using the Website and online platforms of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company ("TNH", "We").

By accessing or continuing to use the TNH Website, the User is understood to have read, understood and agreed to be governed by all of the Policies and Terms below.

I. WEBSITE USE POLICY

1. Purpose of operating the Website

TNH website is built and operated to:

- Provide authoritative information about TNH, services and medical staff;

- Support Users to make appointments;

- Share news - medical knowledge, announcements from the TNH system;

- Information disclosure for shareholders and investors (Shareholder Relations);

- Provide recruitment information and cooperation programs;

- Enhance customer connection, care and support.

TNH reserves the right to change, improve or terminate any content/feature on the Website without prior notice.

TNH website includes information groups:

- Introducing TNH hospital system, medical team, facilities;

- List of medical services;

- Patient support information;

- Doctor's schedule and medical examination instructions;

- News, articles, professional videos, medical knowledge, communication activities;

- Visual materials, publications, press releases;

- Online appointment booking service;

- Investor Relations (IR) information includes: Quarterly, semi-annual, annual financial statements; Annual reports, corporate governance reports; Documents and resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders; Other information disclosure as prescribed by law;

- nformation on administrative and supervisory personnel;

- Stock data and related IR documents;

- Recruitment information, cooperation and human resources activities.

3. Principles of content management and control

3.1. TNH guarantees:

- Review content before posting;

- Update IR documents on time;

- Correct any errors promptly.

3.2. TNH is responsible for:

TNH has the right to temporarily suspend the website for: maintenance, upgrading according to operational needs or troubleshooting; changing the structure, interface, functions and content; temporarily suspending the provision of the website in case of technical or network problems, or for reasons of force majeure; adjusting the structure, content, interface; terminating part or all of the services on the website without prior notice.

TNH is not responsible for access interruptions beyond its control.

II. TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

1. Accept the terms of use

The User accepts the Terms when:

If the User does not agree, he/she must immediately stop accessing.

2. User's Obligations and Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

- Do not commit any acts of Website sabotage, cyber attacks or illegal data collection;

- Do not disseminate false, offensive, illegal or unethical information;

- Do not create fake information, do not make virtual appointments, and do not hinder TNH's operations;

- Do not use the Website for illegal or unethical purposes.

3. Rights of TNH

TNH có quyền:

TNH has the right to:

- Deny, restrict or revoke access to the offending User;

- Check, record and store access activities to ensure security;

- Edit website content at any time;

- Termination of provision of part or all of the Website.

- Refuse or cancel appointment if false information is detected or fraud is suspected;

- Limit or revoke access to the offending User;

- Store and analyze access data to ensure system security

4. Disclaimer

TNH is not responsible in the following cases:

- Damages arising from the User's use of Website content without verification from TNH;

- Service interruption due to telecommunications, power, network system failures or User equipment failures;

- Force majeure events: natural disasters, fires, large-scale cyber attacks, epidemics, wars, etc.;

- Content of third party websites linked from the TNH Website.

- Damages arising from stock data or IR information being delayed;

5. Security when using the Website

Users are responsible for:

  • Secure personal information when entering on TNH Website;
  • Device security, login account (if any).

TNH is not responsible if the User discloses information or is accessed illegally due to the User's device being hacked.

6. Governing law and dispute resolution

- This document is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

-  Any disputes arising will be resolved primarily through negotiation and conciliation.

- In case no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved at a competent Court in Vietnam.

7. Modification of Policy and Terms

TNH reserves the right to modify, update or replace this document at any time.

The updated version will be effective from the time of posting on the Website.

Continued use of the Website after the text has been revised constitutes the User's full acceptance of the update.
