TNH STRENGTHENS LEADERSHIP CONNECTIVITY AND DRIVES COLLECTIVE ACTION TOWARD SHARED GOALS

On the afternoon of June 22, 2026, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company organized the seminar “United in Action – Creating Success”, bringing together leaders from across the TNH healthcare system, including the Group Executive Board, Boards of Directors of member hospitals, and heads of departments and divisions.

The seminar was held with the objective of strengthening leadership connectivity, aligning management perspectives, and fostering a spirit of proactive action throughout the organization, thereby supporting sustainable growth and continuous improvement in healthcare service quality.

In his opening remarks, Distinguished Physician and Specialist Level II Dr. Le Xuan Tan, Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company, emphasized the importance of shared thinking, strategic alignment, and decisive action. According to him, these are essential foundations that enable TNH to achieve its strategic goals, enhance management capacity, improve professional quality, and further strengthen its position as a sustainably developing healthcare system.

A highlight of the seminar was the keynote session led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang, Senior Consultant at Mekong Capital and Founder & CEO of Newing. Drawing on extensive experience in organizational development and leadership consulting, she provided valuable insights into innovation, leadership capabilities, and collaborative workplace culture.

Through practical discussions, group activities, and experience-sharing sessions, the program created a dynamic environment for learning and networking among management personnel across the TNH system. Participants explored opportunities and challenges in the next stage of development while proposing solutions to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, enhance individual accountability, and maximize collective strengths throughout the organization.
