TNH HOSPITAL GROUP SUMMARIZES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE 2025 – ORIENTATION FOR 2026

On January 14, 2026, the Conference to Review Business Performance in 2025 and Implement the Business Plan for 2026 of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company was held in Thai Nguyen. The conference was attended by Mr. Hoang Tuyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Meritorious Physician, Senior Consultant Dr. Le Xuan Tan – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Giang – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Jorge Martin Martinez – Authorized Representative of a Board Member; along with the Boards of Directors of member hospitals and the management team across the entire system.

At the conference, the Group reviewed and reflected on its key activities in 2025 – a year marked by many challenges and natural disasters – yet one that highlighted the spirit of solidarity, persistent effort, and flexible adaptability of the TNH collective. TNH Hospital Group remained steadfast in its sustainable development orientation, placing patients at the center, while strongly promoting innovation in governance, professional practice, and technology application.

In 2025, the Board of Directors for the 2025–2030 term was consolidated, the operating model was transformed to an Executive Management model, and significant efforts were made to improve healthcare service quality, accelerate digital transformation, develop human resources, and implement strategic projects. These initiatives laid an important foundation for the TNH Hospital System to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen brand credibility, and prepare for a new phase of development.

At the conference, Meritorious Physician, Senior Consultant Dr. Le Xuan Tan – General Director – presented the 2026 Business Plan, clearly affirming key objectives, strategic orientations, and implementation solutions for the entire system. The plan was developed based on a thorough assessment of practical conditions, ensuring consistency in goals, clear assignment of responsibilities, and a strong focus on improving governance efficiency and sustainable development.

Within the program framework, the Executive Management Board and many leaders and managers of member units actively participated in open and responsible discussions, focusing on identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on key solutions to enhance professional quality, governance effectiveness, and operational capacity across the system in the coming period.

The conference concluded with strong consensus and determination, reflecting the unity of all staff and employees of TNH Hospital Group in realizing the 2026 business objectives, remaining committed to the mission of caring for public health, and steadily reinforcing the Group’s brand position on its path toward sustainable development.
