On the occasion of Vietnamese Doctors’ Day (February 27), Hệ thống Bệnh viện TNH held a celebratory gathering to honor its medical staff currently working at the hospitals and to recognize Specialist Level I doctors who graduated with Distinction in 2025.

In a solemn and warm atmosphere, attendees listened once again to President Hồ Chí Minh’s congratulatory letter sent to healthcare workers on February 27, 1955—a historic message containing invaluable teachings on the principle “A physician must be as compassionate as a mother.” His words remain profoundly relevant today, reminding every medical professional to continuously cultivate medical ethics, enhance professional expertise, and devote themselves wholeheartedly to patients.

The leadership of the TNH Hospital System shared: “Over the years, our collective has continuously improved professional quality, innovated services, and remained patient-centered, striving to deliver the highest quality, safest, and most humane healthcare services. February 27 is not only an occasion to express gratitude to healthcare professionals, but also a moment for each staff member to reflect on their journey of dedication, uphold their oath, and shine through ethics, dedication, and competence.”

A highlight of the program was the ceremony honoring six Specialist Level I doctors who graduated with Distinction in 2025 from Bệnh viện Quốc tế Thái Nguyên and one Specialist Level I doctor who graduated with Distinction in 2025 from Bệnh viện TNH Phổ Yên. This recognition reflects the persistent efforts and strategic commitment of the TNH Hospital Group to developing high-quality human resources. Representing the young doctors, MSc. Resident Doctor, Specialist Level I Lương Đức Hoàng – Deputy Head of the General Surgery Department at Thai Nguyen International Hospital – affirmed his commitment to upholding medical ethics, enhancing professional expertise, and serving patients with dedication.

During the gathering, Meritorious Physician, Senior Specialist Doctor Lê Xuân Tân – General Director of the Group – also shared the strategic direction for advancing specialized expertise, strengthening quality management, and building a professional and humane healthcare environment. His heartfelt messages further inspired confidence and aspiration among the entire team.

These meaningful sentiments serve as a great source of encouragement, reinforcing pride and responsibility among doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff of the TNH Hospital System in their mission to care for, protect, and improve community health.
