“THE BEAUTY OF NURSES” CONTEST – SPREADING HUMANISTIC VALUES IN PATIENT CARE

In celebration of International Nurses Day (May 12) and to further promote the humanistic values in healthcare, Thai Nguyen International Hospital officially launches the “The Beauty of Nurses” Contest.

This meaningful activity aims to honor the nursing team—those who quietly dedicate themselves and stand by patients every day. More than just a professional competition, the contest is also an opportunity to capture authentic moments and emotional stories from daily medical practice, thereby inspiring positive values within the community.

Contest Content

Each department/unit will submit one entry in the form of a written article (200–500 words), accompanied by images or a video. The content should focus on:

• Meaningful stories and beautiful moments in patient care
• A strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and passion for the nursing profession
• Positive and humanistic messages about nursing

Evaluation Criteria

Entries will be published on the hospital’s official fanpage for public voting, combined with assessment from the judging panel:

• 60% of the score from fanpage engagement
• (1 reaction = 1 point; 1 comment = 3 points; 1 share = 5 points)
• 40% of the score from the judges, based on content quality, visuals, creativity, and impact

The contest offers the following prizes:

• 01 First Prize
• 02 Second Prizes
• 03 Third Prizes
• 01 “Most Favorite Entry” Award

Timeline

• Submission period: From May 5 to 5:00 PM, May 9, 2026
• Fanpage voting: Until 5:00 PM, May 10, 2026
• Announcement and award ceremony: May 12, 2026
