ANNOUNCEMENT CONFERENCE ON PERSONNEL DECISIONS AT TNH HOSPITAL GROUP AND THE TNH HOSPITAL SYSTEM

On the afternoon of March 6, 2026, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company solemnly held a conference to announce personnel decisions for several key management positions within the system, aiming to consolidate the organizational structure and meet development requirements in the new phase.

The event was attended by members of the Group’s Executive Board, Directors of affiliated hospitals, and managers from various departments and units who participated both in person and online across the TNH Hospital system.

During the conference, People’s Physician Merit Awardee, Senior Specialist Doctor Lê Xuân Tân – Chief Executive Officer of the Group announced the decision of the Board of Directors appointing Dr. Lê Tuấn Thành, PhD, MD as Group Chief Medical Officer (Director of Professional Affairs).

In order to strengthen the management and operational capacity of affiliated hospitals, CEO Lê Xuân Tân also presented appointment decisions for several leadership positions at Thai Nguyen International Hospital and TNH Viet Yen Hospital. The appointed personnel include:

1. Specialist Level II Doctor Phạm Trung Kiên – Director of Thai Nguyen International Hospital.
2. Assoc. Prof., PhD, MD Phạm Thị Hồng Vân – Director of the Training and Scientific Research Center – Quality Management, concurrently Deputy Director of Thai Nguyen International Hospital.
3. Specialist Level II Doctor Hoàng Anh Tuấn – Deputy Director of TNH Viet Yen Hospital.
4. Doctor Đào Công Bằng – Deputy Director of TNH Viet Yen Hospital.
5. Specialist Level II Doctor Giang Thanh Nam – Deputy Director of TNH Viet Yen Hospital.

In addition, to prepare management personnel for the upcoming operation of TNH Lang Son Hospital, the Group announced key leadership appointments for the hospital, including:

1. Assoc. Prof., PhD in Medicine Trần Đức Quý – Hospital Director and person responsible for professional and technical matters at TNH Lang Son Hospital.
2. Master Trần Ngọc Trình – Operations Director of TNH Lang Son Hospital.

Speaking at the conference, CEO Lê Xuân Tân emphasized his expectations that the newly appointed leaders will continue to promote their professional competence, responsibility, and leadership roles in building a professional working environment, improving the quality of medical services, and better meeting the healthcare needs of the community.
