ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 2026

TNH HOSPITAL GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY

On May 15, 2026, TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at the 9th Floor Conference Hall, TNH Lang Son Hospital. The meeting took place in a spirit of consensus, transparency, and democracy, with many important matters approved.

As of the opening time, the AGM was attended by 65 shareholders and authorized representatives, representing 103,665,263 voting shares, equivalent to 62.5424% of the total voting shares of all eligible shareholders.

The Presidium chairing the 2026 AGM included:

  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Giang – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors
  • Meritorious Doctor, Specialist Level II Le Xuan Tan – Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
  • Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh – Member of the Board of Directors

During the meeting, shareholders discussed and approved many important matters related to the Company’s 2025 business performance, the 2026 business plan, future development orientations, organizational restructuring, and the election of an additional member to the Board of Directors for the 2025–2030 term.

Following discussions and responses to shareholders’ questions and opinions, the General Meeting approved all agenda items with a high level of consensus. At the meeting, Mr. Jorge Martin Martinez was elected as an additional member of the Company’s Board of Directors for the 2025–2030 term.

Entering 2026, TNH aims to maintain stable operations at its three existing hospitals; complete and officially put TNH Lang Son Hospital into operation; continue developing the Fertility Support Center and other high-quality medical services at Thai Nguyen International Hospital – Phase 3; and further expand advanced specialized techniques across the entire healthcare system.

In the coming period, TNH remains committed to its long-term investment strategy in a high-quality healthcare system, enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing the performance capacity of its affiliated hospitals. The Group expects newly operational projects to become key drivers for revenue growth and improved business performance during the 2026–2028 period.

The AGM also reflected shareholders’ strong consensus and confidence in the Group’s sustainable development strategy, the leadership team’s management capabilities, and TNH’s long-term growth potential.
