TNH Viet Yen Hospital Organizes Training on Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BYT on ICD-10 Coding for Diseases and Causes of Death

On the afternoon of June 29, 2026, TNH Viet Yen Hospital organized a training program to implement Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BYT dated April 2, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Health, which provides regulations on coding diseases and causes of death according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10). The program was attended by the hospital's healthcare professionals.
The training aimed to update participants on the latest regulations issued by the Ministry of Health regarding disease and cause-of-death coding in accordance with ICD-10. It also sought to enhance the quality of medical record management, health statistics, and the standardization of healthcare data.
