TNH VIET YEN HOSPITAL ORGANIZES ANTENATAL WORKSHOP

“ACCOMPANYING MOTHERS - STEADFAST WITH CHILDREN”

On the morning of June 24, 2026, TNH Viet Yen Hospital successfully organized an Antenatal Workshop themed “Accompanying Mothers - Steadfast with Children”. The event attracted a large number of expectant mothers and their family members from Viet Yen and neighboring areas.

The workshop provided valuable scientific knowledge, helping pregnant women gain more confidence and preparedness for welcoming their babies. The program featured three practical and meaningful topics closely related to maternal healthcare during pregnancy.

Opening the program, Resident Doctor and Specialist Level I Hoang Thi Nhat Le presented the topic “Controlling Blood Pressure to Protect Mother and Baby”, helping expectant mothers better understand the potential risks of hypertension during pregnancy as well as effective monitoring and management methods to ensure safety for both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and childbirth.

Continuing the workshop, Master’s Degree Holder and Resident Doctor Hoang Thi Tuyet Lan shared the topic “Proper Vaccination for a Healthy Mother and a Safe Baby”, providing useful information about the importance of vaccines for pregnant women and guidance on appropriate vaccination schedules to protect both mother and baby from the earliest stages.

In the final session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue - Head of Professional Department, Postpartum Care Division of the Homecare Mother and Baby Care System, guided mothers on postpartum massage techniques to naturally stimulate breast milk production safely and effectively, supporting a smoother breastfeeding journey.

The workshop was accompanied by sponsors including Kutieskin, Concung, and Homecare, who provided many valuable gifts for participating mothers.

The atmosphere of the workshop was lively and engaging, with many practical questions raised by expectant mothers regarding pregnancy care. Many attendees expressed their satisfaction at receiving useful knowledge that helped them feel more confident throughout pregnancy and in preparing for the safe and healthy arrival of their babies.
