THAI NGUYEN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS 2025 PERFORMANCE AND IMPLEMENTS TASK ORIENTATION FOR 2026

On January 28, 2026, Thai Nguyen International Hospital held the Conference to Review Performance in 2025 and Implement Task Orientation for 2026, with the attendance of the Board of Directors of TNH Hospital Group, the Hospital Management Board, and all medical staff and employees.

The conference provided an opportunity for the Hospital to reflect on its journey throughout 2025—a year marked by numerous challenges, but also by significant efforts, outstanding achievements, and positive milestones in medical examination and treatment, management, and overall hospital development.

At the conference, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Pham Thi Hong Van – Director of Thai Nguyen International Hospital, presented the Performance Review Report for 2025 and Task Orientation for 2026. The report highlighted notable achievements in medical examination and treatment, service quality improvement, professional and technical development, operational process optimization, as well as customer care activities and hospital brand building. At the same time, the report candidly addressed existing difficulties and limitations, and proposed specific solutions to improve operational efficiency in the coming period.

The conference also received many dedicated and responsible opinions from medical staff of various departments. These contributions focused on sharing practical experiences and proposing solutions to further enhance the quality of medical services, contributing to the sustainable development of Thai Nguyen International Hospital.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Meritorious Physician, Senior Specialist Doctor Le Xuan Tan – General Director of TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, dedication, and contributions of the entire staff of Thai Nguyen International Hospital in 2025. He emphasized that the achieved results serve as an important foundation for continued development, and called on all staff in 2026 to further uphold medical ethics, enhance professional quality, place patients at the center of all activities, promote solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity, and strive toward sustainable development goals.

On this occasion, TNH Hospital Group and Thai Nguyen International Hospital commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025. Specifically, 14 departments and 84 individuals were recognized for Excellent Performance, acknowledging their significant contributions to the Hospital’s overall success.

The 2025 Performance Review Conference concluded successfully, creating a solid foundation for Thai Nguyen International Hospital to confidently enter 2026 with renewed determination, new goals, and strong expectations for continued growth, further affirming its position as a high-quality and reputable healthcare provider in the region.
